SD 06 – Keri Heintzeman
Brief info
A longtime resident of Nisswa, Senator Keri Heintzeman has lived in the community since 1994. She was born in International Falls and later moved to Bemidji and Brainerd. Her father worked at the paper mill in International Falls. She graduated from Lake Region Christian School in Baxter and attended Central Lakes College.
As a member of Heritage Assembly Church in Baxter, Heintzeman serves as an auxiliary member of the Gideons, and she is a member of the local Lions Club. Senator Heintzeman and her husband, Josh, own and operate a family business focused on excavation, tree service, and heavy equipment work. She also manages a vacation rental property as part of the family’s small business. Together, they have homeschooled their six children, who range in age from 9 to 24.
Senator Heintzeman is committed to reducing taxes and burdensome regulations, defending Second Amendment Rights, combating government waste, fraud, and abuse, and supporting parental rights.
