Paul Utke grew up in a small North Dakota community. Surrounded by a great family and good friends, he learned how to be a productive member of the workforce at an early age. These early experiences were the foundation for his future careers and activities.

Paul spent 15 years working for Mack Truck dealers. His second career was as a small business owner of a hardware and equipment rental store for 16 years. He also is a licensed Insurance Agent and a Certified Legal Videographer.

Paul and his wife Nancy have enjoyed living and working in Park Rapids. He served on the Park Rapids City Council for seven years and has been active in local community organizations. They have two adult daughters.
